This year’s Taiwan IT Month featured the 3rd Annual HolonIQ 2023 Taiwan EdTech 50 Award Ceremony and Summit. This year’s event was graced by the presence of HolonIQ’s CEO and co-founder, Patrick Brothers, who personally visited Taiwan to honor the top 50 most innovative and representative education technology companies. Additionally, it was proudly announced that 21 Taiwanese companies have been recognized in the East Asia 150 list this year. Congratulations to all the awardees for their outstanding achievements.

The award ceremony was more than a milestone; it served as a platform for insightful discussions on the current state and future trends of international education and talent, as observed by Patrick Brothers and other esteemed guests. We were also privileged to have Associate Professor Sun Hong-yue of National Taiwan Normal University as the moderator of a thought-provoking panel discussion. Joining the dialogue were Patrick Brothers; Lee Cheng-han, Co-founder of ChatPlus; and Wei-Cheng, Chief Operating Officer of CakeResume. They shared their insights on global EdTech trends and the role of emerging technologies in creating adaptive and innovative educational services.
